Granting Process

The Foundation grants funds for purposes that fall within our mission statement, with funds only awarded to 501(c)3 organizations in Webster County, Iowa. We strive to fund non-recurring programs, events, and projects that emphasize creativity, innovation, and education. Funding requests should benefit a broad cross-section of our community. Collaboration with other funding sources is encouraged. Grant applications are reviewed six times a year during meetings held the 4th Monday of every other Month (Feb-Apr-Jun-Aug-Oct-Dec). Applications must be received  by the first day of any meeting month to be placed on the agenda. Grant applications must be submitted before the event or project commences.

Foundation funds are granted in support of arts and culture, local history, education, and nature.
